Staff is very uneducated and unprofessional. When asked to speak to the supervisors 3 came up and only one identified she was a supervisor. The other 2 stood in silence and stood to the side and behind the couches where we sat . The approach they took was very unprofessional to begin with. Prior to this when speaking to the supervisor of social services, for most of the phone call he was saying what he thought were patient information laws and when I asked him what specific law he was talking in regards to he simply said "I don't know I'm just talking off of my head and what I am telling you to do are just suggestions" only after I had asked him what specific law is he speaking of did he state that he was lying and did not know exactly what he was talking about. Then called to speak with another manager got hung up on and then told we would get a phone call back which was never received. Because of the negligence and malpractice done by this hospital a patient has gone missing for over 3 days and had to have a police report filed. Patient was mentally unstable and released without notifying emergency contacts and immediate family. The hospital took no initiative to find patients family or caretaker and make sure the patient was discharged probably. I would not wish this upon anyone to have a close family member treated so poorly by a hospital. The entire faculty needs to be retrained. *Update * no one from the facility has called, supervisors lied what a surprise.
Mom went to have her pacemaker battery replaced. Everyone we came in contact with was fantastic. From bringing me coffee in the pre admission testing area to the nurses in the same day surgery area, everyone went above and beyond.
The worst Hospital ever I went there with a stomach pain diarrhea upset stomach and the doctor only gave me medication for diarrhea and the Hemorrhoid that I had and he didn't give me any pain medication for the stomach or for nauseous I am very mad about this this is the worst Hospital ever I don't recommend it for nobody then I have to let people that my mother passed away December 29th 2011 at this Hospital wait to see when they were upset stomach and vomiting and that took 8 hours to see her and she passed away this hospital is ridiculous this Hospital should go out of business shouldnt be a Hospital should not be a business at all this hospital is very bad my hospital of choice will be JFK hospital is better than Raritan Bay Medical Center Ray hospital is meat Market Hospital delete my mother died there 6 years ago and tell her a lot of people there this is the worst Hospital ever
2nd admission to psychiatric unit thru the ER. TOOK a long time to get to floor but that is within normal limits fora psych admission through ER. Very good doctor on floor. Nurses were knowledge and helpful. Activities provided were very good. Even the food service staff was knowledgeable. Everyone was nice. No complaints.
The entire ER staff and Dr. Goodman were fantastic to my 92 yr. old Mom this early morning. She has never had faster treatment in any hospital any place! I wish I knew the Nurses' names because they were so helpful, knowledgeable and kind to us also. The entire ER team infuse compassion with excellent treatment and really care about their patients. The Morgan ambulance drivers were great too and just couldn't be nicer. Overall, I could not have asked for better treatment for my Mom. Thank you all!
