I originally really liked it here (they have quick and good service) and then twice I came here and purchased the #4 package which takes a little longer cause they pretty much detail the inside (that's not the problem). Both times I had two cars ahead of mine to get done and both times they put someone ahead of me that the gentlemen working on the car seem to know. Then when you try to ask how your car got skipped they try to act like they can't understand you. They are close with good prices but these experiences are making me want to take a further drive to get this service done.
The service was quick and courteous. They did not try to up sell me ,which is great. They let me know all of the optional things I could use and did not try to pressure me into purchasing them. I recommend this place to everyone
If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Absolute WASTE of money. Went there to get a full interior and exterior car wash and the only somewhat decent thing they did was vacuum. After they were done I went into my car to see that my middle console (cup holders, emergency break, etc) wasn't even touched! And the side of my doors still with the same dirt I left it with. By my trunk it was still black and by the hinges on my door too. I told them about it and instead they gave ME a towel to do it myself??? Absolutely terrible. Worst car wash to ever go to.
Open early in the morning and never too crowded. They don't clean inside though
Also, going on a weekend afternoon will have you waiting 30 minutes. I try to get here as early as I can. After 6pm is the night wash - exterior only and you have to pay cash.
I get the #4 Package because it's the only one that includes any interior work. It's worth the extra money and the extra 10 minutes. The inside comes out great (leather interior). The outside (like any other machine wash) always seems to be less than perfect, but they will go over your rims more than once if you get the #4 Package.
